Society by a Minnesota couple The dogs mostly mixed breeds were rescued from a Minnesota farm owned by an elderly couple All 400 of the dogs were tied up outside and were subjected to unfavorable living conditions The elderly couple reportedly thought they were doing a good thing by taking in hundreds of strays and feeding them The Minnesota Humane Society accommodate all the dogs so four states have gotten involved in taking them said Theresa Crafs of the Columbia County Humane Society Wisconsin took in approximately 100 of the dogs The two dogs taken in by the Columbia County Humane
